Bill W. 1953 - AA's Co-Founder from New York, Bill W., talks about the history of the Big Book and how it was put together. (66 mins.)

Bill W. 1952 - Bill W. speaking at AA's 3rd General Service Conference. Bill discusses such topics as "Milestones Ahead", "The Conference", and the "AA Society". Excellent talk! (59 mins.)

Dr. Bob S. 1948 - AA's Akron, Ohio Co-Founder sharing the "story of AA" in 1948. During his talk, Dr. Bob discusses the Oxford Group's "Four Absolutes" which the Early Members used in conjunction with the Twelve Steps. (45 mins.)

Dr. Bob's Last Message 1950 - AA's Akron, Ohio Co-Founder sharing a few words at the 1st General Service Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, July 1950. This is when Dr. Bob said "...the Twelve Steps boil down to Love and Service..." Dr. Bob only shared for 4 minutes but quotes of his words are still heard in AA rooms today. This was the last time Dr. Bob addressed Alcoholics Anonymous before his death. (4 mins.)

Bill D. 1950 - Bill D., affectionately known as "The Man on the Bed", was AA #3 and his story can be found on page 182 of the Big Book. (52 mins.)

Sister Ignatia - An excellent talk from one of AA's finest "friends". Sr. Ignatia assisted Dr. Bob at Saint Thomas Hospital in Akron, Oh. With her help, Dr. Bob worked with over 5,000 alcoholics from 1935 - 1950. (32 mins.)

Clarence S. 1975 - Clarence was sponsored by Dr. Bob and started AA in Cleveland, Ohio. During this 1975 talk, Clarence tells the "story of Katherine". He also describes our "life-changing program" as only Clarence can. (77 mins.)

Paul K. - "4 Absolutes" - Paul K., from Manchester, Mo, got sober in 1940 and was sponsored by the seventh AA member. On this "tape" Paul describes his experience with the "4 Absolutes" which were used in conjunction with the 12 Steps by early AA members. (34 mins.)
